Halloween Day!

Halloween Day was super fun and full of fun things to do. Tyler and Alyssa had their parade at school in the morning. Haylee decided she didn't want to be Grumpy Bear anymore and so we dug out the bin of costumes and she wanted the purple unicorn instead. Addyson decided that she wanted to be the Grumpy Bear, which suits her very well by the way. Alyssa still the adorable scarecrow and Tyler is the creepy scarecrow from Batman. Later, after school we headed to foothill village with their cousins and got plenty of candy for the whole year.

Boo at the Zoo Day

Isn't she the cutest Scarecrow!

Tyler looks so thrilled to be here.
Aren't they cute? Haylee kept saying she didn't want to be a Grumpy Bear and that she was a Happy Bear.
The Zoo was absolutely crawling with people this day. David hates Halloween so I was lucky to get him to go in the first place. And then to see the crowd he was even more thrilled to be there.

It's a Beauty Parlor

The girls were being so cute, and doing each others hair. We have this pretend curling iron and they were styling their hair with it.

Block Party

It was Block Party time, here in the Village. We also had a few extra kids this weekend. They had a ball with all the activities. Bounce houses, tied balloons, cotton candy, popcorn and they made thier own princess hats.

First Day of School

Never too old for a First Day of School photo. Tyler is in the 6th grade this year and Alyssa is in the 5th grade. They were excited for school to start. Maybe not as excited as mom, but still ready for the summer to be over.

Centerville Parade

Waiting for the parade to start, Dad sitting with his Bug and Boo. The girls were really excited to see Grandpa's float in the parade. Three Peas in a Pod. Grandpa's Float

Cub River

Our last Family Vacation before David starts Dental school. We went for a whole week leaving on Monday and coming home Sunday. We always have such a good time in the great outdoors. This is one of our favorite places to go. We bathed in the river every day, even though was absolutely freezing. After a couple of minutes you were so numb it didn't matter any more and we just played. Posted by Picasa
